Child Safety Policy
115.1 (“the App”) is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all its users. This policy outlines the measures we take to ensure compliance with child safety standards as required by Google Play policies and applicable laws.
1. Published Standards & Prohibited Content
The App strictly prohibits all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to:
Any content, behavior, or activities that promote, depict, or facilitate CSAE.
Sharing, posting, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Any form of grooming, exploitation, or predatory behavior.
Bullying, harassment, or any harmful behavior toward minors.
Any content containing nudity, sexual content, or violent material inappropriate for minors.
Violations of this policy will result in immediate removal of content, account suspension or ban, and reporting to relevant authorities.
2. In-App User Feedback & Reporting Mechanism
To ensure a safe user experience, the App provides a robust in-app feedback and reporting system:
Every piece of user-generated content (posts, comments, profiles, and messages) includes a Report button that allows users to flag concerns.
Reports are reviewed by a 24/7 moderation team, who take swift action to investigate and address violations.
Users can contact support directly from the main app menu by tapping on “Contact support” or by emailing support@115.one to submit feedback or concerns.
Every piece of user generated content allows users to submit reports through the in-app reporting feature
The App encourages all users to report any abusive, harmful, or suspicious behavior.
3. Addressing CSAM & Compliance with Child Safety Laws
The App takes immediate action upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM:
CSAM is removed as soon as it is identified.
All confirmed CSAM cases are reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority.
Offending accounts are permanently banned, and legal action may be pursued.
All user-generated content is pre-moderated before publication to prevent the dissemination of CSAM.
4. Data Collection & Privacy Protections
The App does not collect, store, or share personally identifiable information (PII) from users under the age of 13.
User data is handled in compliance with child protection laws such as COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) and GDPR-K (General Data Protection Regulation for Kids).
Parents and guardians concerned about data collection can review the App’s Privacy Policy for further details.
5. Age Restrictions & User Accountability
To ensure compliance with child safety laws:
The App is an invite-only platform, ensuring accountability between users.
New users must be at least 13 years old to register, with an age-gate in place during sign-up.
Users under 18 are encouraged to seek parental guidance when using the platform.
We reserve the right to verify the age of users and take action against underage accounts.
6. Community Guidelines & Moderation
The App enforces strict Community Guidelines to ensure user safety:
All user-generated content is reviewed before being published to filter out inappropriate material.
Automated moderation tools and human reviewers monitor content to detect and prevent CSAE-related violations.
Users engaging in harassment, bullying, or any harmful activities will face disciplinary action, including account suspension or permanent banning.
The App encourages a positive and respectful community environment for all users.
7. Reporting and Enforcement
Users are encouraged to report policy violations via the in-app “Report” button or by emailing support@115.one.
We take all reports seriously and investigate them promptly.
If a report is verified, we will take appropriate action, including content removal, user warnings, account bans, or legal escalation if necessary.
In cases of CSAM, reports will be forwarded to law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations.
8. Compliance and Policy Updates
We are committed to staying compliant with Google Play child safety policies, local laws, and international regulations.
This policy is reviewed regularly to ensure it meets evolving child safety standards.
Users will be notified of any updates via in-app notifications or email.
