This policy applies only to personal information we collect in this App and in email, text, and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with the App. This policy also contains additional information which applies to European Users only. “European Users” are individual users based in the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland. In respect of European Users only, where there is a conflict between the general terms of this policy and the specific terms set out in the “Additional information for European Users” section, the specific terms shall apply.
This policy DOES NOT apply to information that we collect offline or on any other LL apps or websites, including websites you may access through this App. Our websites and apps, and these other third parties may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.
Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, register with, or use this App. By downloading, registering with, or using this App, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of this App after we revise this policy means you accept those changes, so please check the policy periodically for updates.
Additional information for European Users
LL is a limited liability company registered in the state of Delaware and whose place of business is at 614 N. DuPont Hwy., Suite 210, Dover, DE 19901. LL is the data controller of the personal information collected through the App for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any relevant local legislation. We have appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted using the contact details below.
By using the App, you acknowledge our collection, use and sharing of your personal information as set forth in the relevant sections of this policy. You also acknowledge that by providing your personal information through the App your personal information is directly transferred to and accessed by our personnel in the United States. If you do not wish for your personal information to be used in the manner set out in this policy or transferred to the United States, you should not download, access or use the App.
2. Children Under the Age of 13
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete the information.
Additional information for European Users
In addition, we may limit how we collect, use and store some of the information of European Users between 13 and 16. In some cases, this means we will be unable to provide certain functionality to these users. If we need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your information and your country requires consent from a parent, we may require your parent’s consent before we collect and use that information.
3. Information We Collect and How We Collect It
We collect information from and about users of our App:
Directly from you when you provide it to us (for example, when you download the App and/or complete data fields within the App or otherwise upload or provide information to or through the App).

3.1 Information You Provide to Us
When you download, register with, or use this App, we ask you to provide information:
By which you may be personally identified, such as name, photo, email address, telephone number, age / date of birth, geography, personal spiritual experience, areas of service and interest, personal testimony or other personal information (“personal information”).
That is about you but individually does not directly identify you. We treat any information from which you may be identified (whether directly or indirectly) as personal information.

Information that you provide by filling in forms in the App. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the App. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem or contact us regarding use of the App.
Information you provide if you submit content to the App such as your posts, comments, profile/avatar photo, video, audio, and your engagement activity with in-App features. Please see the additional information on User Contributions below.
Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses and phone numbers), if you contact us.
Information about your religious beliefs, practices and affiliation.
Information about your responses to research and survey questions which we ask through the App.
You may also provide information for publication or display (“Posted”) on public areas of the app or websites you access through the App (collectively, “User Contributions”). Your User Contributions are Posted and transmitted to others at your own risk. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of third parties with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.
3.2 Automatic Information Collection and Tracking
When you download, access, and use the App, it uses technology to automatically collect:
Usage Details. When you access and use the App, we automatically collect certain details of your access to and use of the App, including location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources and features that you access, use or engage with on or through the App.
Device Information. We collect information about your mobile device and internet connection, including the device’s unique device identifier, IP address (a unique address that identifies your computer on the Internet), operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the device’s telephone number.
Stored Information and Files. Where you expressly consent, the App also may access metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts, and address book information.
Location Information. Where you expressly consent, the App may collect real-time information about the geolocation of your device. You can choose whether to allow the App to collect and use this information through your device’s or the App’s privacy settings. If you block the use of location information, any location-dependent services provided through the App may become inaccessible or not function properly.
Note, you may control the information we receive through the App by setting your preferences on your device, however, that opting out of the App’s collection of location information will disable its location-based features.
3.3 Information Collection and Tracking Technologies
The technologies we use for automated information collection may include those below. LL does not use or support online behavioral advertising techniques or targeted advertising on the App.
3.3.1 Cookies (or mobile cookies) and Unique Device Identifiers
A cookie is a small file placed on your smartphone. It may be possible to refuse to accept mobile cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your smartphone. Pages of the App and our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit LL, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related App statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain App content and verifying system and server integrity).
3.4 Third-Party Links and/or Information Collection
When you use the App or its content, certain third parties may use automatic information collection technologies to collect information about you or your device. These third parties may include your mobile device manufacturer or your mobile service provider. The App may also contain links to third party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these other websites or third parties. We encourage users to read the privacy statements of other websites and third parties that may collect your personal information. This policy applies only to information collected by LL via the App.

5. Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose anonymized aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual or device, without restriction.
For the purposes of providing you with the functionality and services through the App, our legal obligations and any other purpose permitted by you, we may disclose personal information as follows:
Service providers. We use third party service providers to support our mission and help us bring you the App and its services. These service providers are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes of providing services to LL in connection with the App.
Other users of our App. When you submit User Contributions to the App, other users of our App will be able to see that content. When other users view your profile or your posts, they may be able to see information about you and your activities on the App. Accordingly, you should always use your best judgement when providing and sharing information on the App.
In connection with business transfers: If we sell, transfer or merge parts of our business or our assets, subject to applicable law we may share information with the purchaser or transferee of that business/those assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. If a change happens to our business, your personal information would remain subject to this policy.
In connection with compliance with laws and the protection of our rights and the rights of others: We will be required to access and disclose personal information in response to lawful requests, such as subpoenas or court orders, or in compliance with applicable laws. We may also share personal information to enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including the App’s End User License Agreement (“EULA”). Additionally, we will access and share personal information when we believe it is necessary to comply with law, to protect our interests or property, to prevent fraud or other illegal activity perpetrated through the App, or to prevent imminent harm or protect physical safety. This will include accessing and sharing personal information with other companies, professional advisors (such as lawyers, auditors and insurers), law enforcement agents or government agencies, or law enforcement authorities.

6. Accessing and Correcting Your Personal Information; Your Rights
You can review and change your personal information by logging into the App and visiting your profile page.
You may also send us an email at support@115.one to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
If you delete your User Contributions from the App, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or might have been copied or stored by other App users. Proper access and use of information provided on the App is governed by EULA.

If you are a European User, you may have the following rights in relation to the personal information we hold about you, unless provided otherwise by relevant local legislation:

7. Data Retention
We only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
Additional information for European Users
Where you have an account on the App, we retain your personal information while you have an account. Where you choose to terminate your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 60 days. In the event that you do not use the App for a period of 12 months then we will treat the account as expired and your personal information may be deleted. In some circumstances we may anonymize your personal information (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research and statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
8. Fair Information Practices
The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States, and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles, and how they should be implemented, is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect personal information.
In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices, we will take the following responsive action should a data breach occur:

By using the App, you consent to the processing, transfer and storage of your information in and to the United States and other countries, where you may not have the same rights as you do under your local law. 11. Data Security
We have implemented technical and organizational measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our App, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the App like message boards. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the App.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through our App. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.
