Why Are Push Notifications Important?
Push notifications ensure you stay informed about interactions on 115.1, such as private messages, comments on your posts, replies to your comments, and prayers for you. Without push notifications, you might miss important updates and interactions with others.
Follow the steps below to enable push notifications on your device and stay connected.
How to Enable Push Notifications
For iOS Users
Open the Settings app on your iOS device and scroll down to the bottom and tap on Apps.
Scroll down to the end of the page and tap on 115.1.
Tap on Notifications.
Toggle on the Allow Notifications switch.
Under Alerts, choose where you’d like notifications to appear:
Lock Screen
Notification Center
Banners
(You can select all three for the best experience.)
Customize additional settings like sound, badge app icon, and how many recent items to display.
For Android Users
Open the Settings app on your Android device.
Tap on Apps & Notifications or Application Manager (varies by device).
Scroll down and tap on 115.1.
Tap on Notifications.
Toggle on the switch at the top of the screen to enable notifications.
Under Categories, ensure all relevant notification types are enabled.
Troubleshooting Push Notifications on iOS
1. Check Notification Settings
If you’re missing notifications from specific apps, verify if notifications are enabled for those apps:
Go to Settings > Notifications.
Select the app for which you’re not receiving notifications.
Ensure the Allow Notifications switch is turned on.
Choose your preferred Banner Style and toggle on Sounds.

If You’re Using Cellular Data:
Go to Settings and tap Cellular.
Select Cellular Data Options.
Turn off the Low Data Mode toggle.
If You’re Using Wi-Fi:
Go to Settings and tap Wi-Fi.
Tap the i icon next to your Wi-Fi network.
Turn off the Low Data Mode toggle.
