If you can’t reach us via “Contact support” please follow the “Help center” option to find other sources of help, including a comprehensive range of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ). They provide answers to basic questions.
To find the FAQ press the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen (sometimes called “the hamburger”) to access the main menu. From there choose the “Help center” option.
