Why can’t I see photos or photos are blurred?
If you can only see blurred images then your phone is having difficultly loading the images. There are a couple of reasons for this:
You may have insufficient storage available on your phone. This will prevent photos from loading so all you can see is a blur. To resolve this issue you will need to free up storage on your phone by deleting photos, apps or anything that is taking up memory and that you no longer need.
Your internet service provider might be causing the problem. Try using an alternative connection, such as a different WiFi network.
