Why can’t I see photos or photos are blurred?

If you can only see blurred images then your phone is having difficultly loading the images. There are a couple of reasons for this:

  • You may have insufficient storage available on your phone. This will prevent photos from loading so all you can see is a blur. To resolve this issue you will need to free up storage on your phone by deleting photos, apps or anything that is taking up memory and that you no longer need.

  • Your internet service provider might be causing the problem. Try using an alternative connection, such as a different WiFi network.

If neither of these approaches works, then please send a screenshot of what you’re seeing to the Support team. We’ll then be better equipped to look into the problem and try to help you solve it.
